Data Subject Request

Note: As a data subject under GDPR and KVKK, you may exercise your rights by submitting a written or electronic request through one of the channels below. We will respond within 30 days at no charge.

1. How to Submit a Request

(a) Written / wet-signed letter:

(d) From the e-mail address you have previously registered with us.

2. Information Required

Full name and national ID / passport number;
Residential or business address;
Phone and e-mail;
Clear description of your request (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent);
A copy of your ID to verify identity;
Any documents supporting your request.

4. Response Time

We will respond within 30 days free of charge. If the request imposes a cost on us, we may charge the tariff set by the Turkish Data Protection Authority.

5. Supervisory Authority

If we fail to respond or you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with:

Türkiye — Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK): kvkk.gov.tr
EU residents — the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
