The hydraulic pump suction line and hydraulic oil tank level must be checked.

Check the pump suction line. Check the pump coupling and pump shaft.

Check the direction of rotation of the hydraulic pump.

Check the hydraulic pump and hydraulic control valves.

Adjust, repair or replace.

Adjust the relief valve to the appropriate pressure using a monometer.

Check the hydraulic pump and control valves for leaks.

Check the hydraulic fittings.

General maintenance and repair should be done.

The hydraulic pump flow rate is high or the pressure relief valve setting is high. Please check.

Check the drive speed and control valves of the hydraulic pump.

Adjust for proper speed.

Adjust the flow rate of the hydraulic pump or replace it with a suitable pump.
